Questionnaire for multifamily therapy
Development of a questionnaire on the effect factors of multifamily therapy
Multifamily Therapy (MFT) is an evidence-based treatment method that works with techniques of systemic therapy and psychodynamic group therapy. In our day clinic, therapeutic work with family groups in multimodal treatment settings has been successfully applied since 2010. In clinical work, as well as in the literature, this form of therapy shows a rapid increase in competence of the families combined with many positive effects on family context variables. In the German-speaking countries, however, there are hardly any studies on the effectiveness of multimodal therapy. The aim of the project is to develop a short questionnaire for families (parents and children) and therapists on the effect factors of the MFT, which can specifically record the changes caused by the MFT.
